Responsibilities & Duties:
- Valet / detail vehicles to the highest possible standards
- The role will require you to be working outdoors the majority of the time in all seasons.
- Safely use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Ensure health and safety procedures and all company polices are adhered to
- Maintaining a clean workspace (ensuring the Fleet is kept clean and stocked)
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies
- Complete all relevant documentation via our Detailing App
- Communicating with clients advising them of issues/upgrades etc
- Respond to customer inquiries and fulfil request in person or on the phone
- Role will include other activities from within the company group,
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Able to plan work to ensure variety of tasks are completed on time to a high standard
- Full Clean UK manual driving licence
- Must be over 25 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
- IT literate and confident in using digital hand held devices / tablets.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to ensure your duties are carried out to the highest standards
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours in order to meet customer needs
- Flexibility to carryout tasks that may not usually fall under your standard job description
- The ability to comply with all company and manufacturers Health and Safety, HR policies and procedures.
- Willingness to be able to travel nationwide/internationally for work or training
