Start: 1st September 2025The children, staff, and governors of Llanishen Fach Primary School wish to appoint a proactive, enthusiastic and creative Senior Teaching Assistants from September 2025.
The successful candidate will need to:
• significantly contribute to the ethos and values of our school;
• have high expectations of children’s achievement;
• have the ability to inspire and challenge children through an innovative and creative approach to learning in the classroom and outdoor learning environment;
• demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture relationships with staff, pupils and parents;
• have commitment, be highly motivated and be able to contribute to our dedicated and enthusiastic team;
• be adaptable, resourceful, and innovative;
• have excellent communication and IT skills.

This appointment will be subject to suitably qualified individuals. Individuals should ensure that they meet all of the essential requirements detailed in the person specification and note the desirable attributes applicable to the post for which they are applying.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
