Salary: Grade 9, £28,624 - £31,067 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £13,308.37 – £14,444.22 p.a.)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20 per week (08.30am – 12.30 pm Monday to Friday), term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)

The Role:
Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and being at the heart of a busy school office?We’re looking for a dedicated and highly organised Admin Officer to support the effective day-to-day running of our school. This is a key role, working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team to help ensure the school environment is safe, compliant, and well-coordinated — enabling pupils and staff to thrive.From supporting attendance procedures and coordinating premises-related tasks to liaising with contractors and assisting with events, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be a valued member of our school community.What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident working with colleagues, parents, and external providersSolid ICT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn school systems such as Arbor or iAM CompliantAn understanding of the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and safeguarding
