Franklin Sixth Form College are seeking to appoint talented and dynamic Progress Coaches with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team.
Progress Coaches are responsible for a case load of students and work with young people in group settings, smaller tutorials, and individual one-to-one supervisory meetings. They check and monitor student attendance, liaise with teaching and support staff, and provide essential guidance. As a Progress Coach, you will have direct contact with students, their families, and other stakeholders, offering support with financial, academic, social and emotional challenges that may be of significance to the progress of the student. You will play a crucial role in helping students to overcome obstacles, maintain full attendance, and maximise their learning opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working work with young people and looking to gain valuable experience of supporting students in a successful and vibrant sixth form college environment. Full training will be provided.
Applicants must be educated to minimum of level 3 (A Level) with a good standard of English. Applicants must also be reliable and professional, have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and able to work under pressure.
Full time/term time only salary = £20,599.32 to £21,957.51 per annum
