Salary: £54,085 - £57,493 per annum (inclusive of London weighting)

As an Assistant Programme Manager- with responsibility for Curriculum /Senior Tutor-Learning Support, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives within the subject area, play an active role in setting and achieving targets, and support the maintenance of excellent teaching and learning, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be supportive and develop good working relationships with students, staff, and external representatives.
You should be suitably qualified to teach within a sixth form college. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills and a track record of sustained improvement leading to a positive impact on students’ progress.
