We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic primary teaching assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team.We’re a unique Academy, with a strong community feel despite our location in central London. Oasis Academy South Bank Primary currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.You’ll be responsible for:
· Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the curriculum
· Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and deliver interventions
· Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and maintain an engaging learning environment
· Supporting children with additional needs to ensure inclusive learning for all
· Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting a positive, respectful classroom culture
· Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and any areas of concern
· Supervising children during break times, school trips or other activities as needed
· Working positively with parents and carers

You’ll bring:
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Experience working with children, ideally within a school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
• A relevant qualification (eg Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate)
