As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:
- Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning.
- Student Champion: Provide individualised support, helping students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
- Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every student.
- Comprehensive Induction Training: Covering different Special Educational Needs, Behaviour Analysis, Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, and Personal/Intimate Care.
