Role: Care Assistant
Salary: £14ph per hour
Location: Bath, BA2
Job Type: Part Time
Shifts on offer: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 and Saturdays 0830-1200
Must be a driver with Full UK licence
About the Role:
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for Care Assistants to work with our service user in the Bath area, we will provide full training and competency assessment for candidates to assist with the care surrounding Spinal Injuries (including Autonomic Dysreflaxia management), Bowel Care, Catheter Maintenance, Wheelchair Management, CPAP Machine Maintenance as well as Cough Assist experience.
The ideal care assistant to work in this exciting role will be someone who is understanding, patient, enthusiastic and organised. These traits should allow you to further support the service user with their day-to-day challenges and needs.
The service user would like to get out into the community, therefore their will be high levels of manual handling, being physically fit is an advantage as you will need to push his wheelchair. When accessing the community, our service user will be using their mobility car, so you must be a driver holding a full UK Driving Licence.

Requirements for the Role:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
- Complex Care experience preferred but not a mandatory need.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
