The baker needs to be specialised in baking and producing quality baked food.
Help establish a brand quality of food and service.
Meet customers expectations.
Be responsible for preparing of a range of bakery items and assist other colleagues in the management and running of the section.
Be working in a busy environment that requires a consistency in production and service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure and need to ensure relevant hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
Comply with Food Code of Practice.
Monitoring stock levels.
Checking in deliveries.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Follow security & safety procedures;
Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Maintain high personal presentation in the provided food standard.
