Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support to the Unit Housing Liaison Officer (UHLO).
Diary and email management.
Prepare and attend meetings, take minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
Provide administration support for visits, presentations and reports.
Attend monthly inspections of housing areas including satellite locations, this involves walking the ground with stakeholders and contractors.
Maintain a broad understanding of military housing.
Work with families, welfare, contractors and stakeholders to resolve housing problems.
Investigate housing issues as directed by Station, UHLO.
Monitor and attend house moves locally.
Control sensitive and confidential information.
Provide sign posting to relevant organisations.
Regularly update and review housing plans.
Assist Community Support Team in delivery of support to Station.
Occasional travel to other sites will be required. The successful candidate will need to hold a full driving licence.
