Mitie Security is looking for an Operations Support Administrator to provide critical administrative support to our Centrepoint team. Ideal applicants will be hard working, motivated individuals, looking for a dynamic workplace that rewards their efforts. Do you strive to deliver the exceptional every day? We are looking for a candidate who is educated to GCS ‘O' level or equivalent GCSE level with excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for some one who has good knowledge of IT Systems.
In this role, you will be required to work closely with other departments in the business and external partners. You will be required to meet the deadlines and should be comfortable with making autonomous decisions and judgement calls when necessary?
As an operations support administrator, you will be expected to track and order key support resources for the company and ensure their distribution. Uniform, stationery, security ID and even Business travel expenses must have their costs tracked, approval verified, and purchases orders raised when requested. This requires successful candidate be capable in managing large amounts of data and organise it in a clear manner for others to use either in existing data bases or more detailed reports.
Applicants can also expect to handle general office duties ranging from answering the telephone, filing away data and visitor management, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills. You may also find the position requires you to arrange conference calls on behalf of the company. Communication skills are key in this position, as you will be required to prepare ad-hoc template letters to customers and staff as the need arises. Additional reasonable duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you as indicated by your line manager.
