Join a fast-growing fresh produce business as a Supply Chain Exec—own your accounts, solve problems fast, and make things move.

As Supply Chain Executive for a Fresh Produce business, you will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager.

Due to business growth and the need to extend the Supply team, my client is now seeking a professional with the experience gained from the roles and sectors (or similar) as outlined at the bottom of this advert.

This opportunity sits in a business that is growing and growing for the right reasons. Their reputation is solid, their team is expanding, and they’re adding smart people to stay ahead in a competitive, fast-moving industry.

The business moves fresh produce from international growers to UK customers. That means live product, tight deadlines, and real-time decisions. It also means variety, ownership, and actual impact — you’ll be trusted to run the supply chain for your own customer accounts once you’re up to speed.

You’ll be trained properly (6 to 9 months), Monday to Friday, after that, you’ll move to a rolling 4-on / 4-off shift pattern. When trained you’ll be offered to work hybrid (part office, part home) and you’ll be supported by a team that knows their stuff. They’re experienced, calm under pressure, and collaborative.

Day to day you’ll be moving fresh produce from growers to customers, dealing with freight plans, shifting stock, last-minute customer demands, crop shortages, If you like predictability, this probably isn’t for you. If you thrive on spinning plates and solving problems in real time, keep reading.

This role sits right at the centre of the action. You’ll be managing supplier relationships, making sure product turns up when and where it should, and dealing with all the issues that can crop up when you work with live, perishable goods. You’ll also be the point of contact for customers when things don’t go to plan, and it’ll be up to you to fix it

To qualify for consideration will need,

Appropriate experience in the roles and sectors as outlined below or similar
