Retail Stock Replenisher



Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 15 hours per week - Sunday, Monday & Tuesday - 6.30am to 11.30am

Location: Office based. James Hall & Co, Bowland View, Preston, PR2 5PZ

Salary: £12.25 per hour

About the Role

Our Retail Stock Replenishment team provide a first-class replenishment service to ensure continuous product availability in our
company owned SPAR stores.



25 hours over 5 days (includes Sunday & bank holidays) 6.30am to 11.30am



What will I be doing?

You will use bespoke stock replenishment software to fulfil order requirements and maintain accurate stock and data records. You
will be required to liaise with store management teams to ensure any stock issues are resolved quickly to maintain maximum stock
availability.

* Effectively use the stock replenishment software to accurately calculate orders for SPAR retail stores.
* Accurately maintain stock and data records through information provided via the software and effective communication with store
staff.
* To deal with internal and external queries that may arise relating to providing stock to stores. Follow up queries with other
departments, particularly Trading and IT, in terms of stock and system issues that may arise.
* Maintain awareness and effective implementation of instructions issued regarding promotional changeover, range changes and
allocations.
