Employer Engagement/Learner Placement Advisor
36 hours per week - £14.32 per hour
This job role will be focused on building connections with local employers in South Bristol in order to give learners on our courses and training programmes the opportunity to go our into the workplace and gain skills and experience that will enhance their employability and career progression.
Applicants must be able to work independently on a professional level with company owners/managers to identify and facilitate placements/on the job training and employment progression.
Experience of working with young people age 16-18 or unemployed adults would be an advantage. Applicants will need a driving licence and access to vehicle.
