Royal British Legion (Fort Augustus) are seeking a Senior Bar Attendant who will oversee daily operations of the bar area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.
Duties will include preparing and serving drinks in a polite and professional manner, handling cash and accepting payments by card, ensuring bar areas are properly organised and thoroughly clean at all times and ensuring compliance with licencing and safety regulations. Additional shared responsibilities include managing stock and ordering supplies, accepting and checking deliveries, cleaning beer lines and organising the staff rota.
Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
In addition to a competitive rate of pay we also provide excellent staff accommodation, comprising of private bedroom and bathroom together with shared use of a fully fitted kitchen and living area.
