About the Role:A dynamic and well-established sixth form is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Maths for a full-time position starting in September 2025. Essential Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience teaching A Level Mathematics
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality A Level Maths lessons with clarity and pace
- Plan schemes of work that align with curriculum requirements
- Set and mark assessments that promote student progress
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations
- Provide stretch and challenge for high-attaining students
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Engage in departmental meetings and share best practices
- Liaise with parents, carers, and academic mentors as needed
- Contribute to the development of maths teaching resources
- Act as a positive role model aligned with the college's ethos and values
