Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Salary – Based on Experience
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team in Doncaster (DN4).
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a residential setting supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) – Essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children with EBD – Essential
UK Driving Licence – Essential
Right to work in the UK – We do not offer sponsorship
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children with EBD
Promote independence, education, and healthy routines
Maintain safe, nurturing, and structured environments
Complete accurate daily records and support care planning
Work effectively within a team and follow safeguarding policies
