We’ll also look to you to provide support to the relevant Regional Board and regional engagement lead in the regional planning and its execution phase.

In addition, you’ll:

  • Work in partnership with all areas across the CA function to best support the delivery of the CA strategy

  • Work collaboratively across the Regional Affairs team in the development of best-in-class solutions

  • Utilise the resources of the broader CA teams to deliver on a regional basis

  • Define and implement an effective communications plan within the relevant region including measurement against agreed objectives

The skills you'll need

We’re on the lookout for someone who can demonstrate effective regional political and media stakeholder management, with experience of managing constituency level engagement. You’ll need to have a collaborative approach to facilitate working in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to apply Project Management methodologies to create, manage and track plans

  • To be detail oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced and changeable environment

  • The ability to use data analysis, reporting and insights in order to drive simplification and create efficiencies across systems, processes and budget
