• Are passionate about supporting and developing children to reach their potential and who believe that they can.
• Are experienced in either of these key stages; EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Have a secure understanding of how pupils learn.
• Are dedicated, hardworking and will go the extra mile for their pupils.
• Have a sound understanding of the principles of good teaching.
• Are reflective and strive to be the best teacher they can be.
• Value feedback and act upon it to keep getting better.
• Have their QTS

We boast really fantastic facilities, including an outdoor classroom, a purpose-built dance studio, sports and drama halls, equipped with professional sound and lighting and a building that provides lots of space and light to support learning and working.
