About the Role:
• Provide technical guidance, ensuring safe and efficient preparation of materials
• Lead on the maintenance of equipment
• Oversee the work of other technicians
• Contribute to health and safety compliance, including support with the development and implementation of laboratory safety protocols and risk assessments
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of enrichment activities, trips or science events as required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Commitment to education and ensuring equal opportunities
• Previous administrative experience
• You will need empathy, patience and resilience

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Science Department and Queensbridge School is looking to recruit a strong Senior Science Technician who will share our determination to transform the life chances of our 900 pupils.
As the Senior Science Technician you will co-ordinate the use of practical resources and support the effective delivery of the science curriculum. You will liaise with staff to support high-quality science teaching.
