What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to an expansion of our nurseries we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will bring organisation and commitment to this role, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard. You will need to be personable and have good communication skills.
The administration team provides the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families and visitors to the school. The ability to keep a cool head under pressure is essential, as is a friendly and professional approach with all staff, children, parents and visitors alike. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and an excellent level of IT skills are desirable, attention to detail is essential.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Leadership Team, the Nursery Administrator is responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes as required, ensuring all administrative aspects of the nursery run efficiently through effective working practices. The nursery administrator will liaise with the 3 schools in the hub ensuring smooth communication.
The nursery administrator will be responsible for:
• Nursery enrollment including termly intakes
• Managing the invoicing for the Wellingborough hub nurseries
• Overseeing the funding for the Wellingborough hub nurseries
• Inputting numbers on the headcount for nursery across the Wellingborough hub
