We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs
• Builds warm, positive relationships with children and colleagues
• Demonstrates patience, flexibility and a nurturing approach
• Understands the importance of inclusion and personalised support
• Communicates clearly and confidently with adults and children
• Is organised, reliable and committed to professional growth
Holds (or is willing to work towards) a relevant L2 or L3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
