As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing recruitment and recruited staff. Discuss requirements of employer and find practical solutions. Interviews candidates for jobs. Draft employment agreements. Undertakes research into pay differentials and other related factors. Develops and recommends policies, assists with their implementation and drafts staff handbooks. Assists with negotiations between management and employees concerning pay and conditions of employment. Advises on training and recruitment, negotiating procedures, salary agreements and other personnel and employment issues. Deals with grievance and disciplinary procedures, and with staff welfare and counselling provision. Keeping record of all recruitments and their existing contracts and terms and conditions of employment. Providing regular report to management.
What You Will Need to Have:
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience within the recruitment consultation business and agency
• Knowledge of employment contracts and recruitment procedures
• To have management experience
• To be confident working in a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional developments
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of integrity
