Are you passionate about plants and skilled in cultivation? We're looking for a dedicated Grower to join our team and help us produce high-quality crops in a thriving, sustainable environment.
About the Role:
As a Grower, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of crop production, ensuring optimal plant health, yield, and quality. Youll work closely with our horticultural team to implement best practices in irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and environmental control.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage crop health, growth stages, and production schedules
Implement and maintain irrigation and fertilization programs
Identify and address pest and disease issues using IPM strategies
Maintain accurate records of crop performance and inputs
Operate and maintain greenhouse or field equipment
Collaborate with the team to improve growing techniques and efficiencies
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial growing (greenhouse, hydroponic, or field)
Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest management, and nutrient requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in horticulture, agriculture, or related field
Experience with climate control systems and automated irrigation
Familiarity with GAP, GMP, or other agricultural standards
