About the Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will:
- Performed timely and efficient delivery of products to retail locations throughout the South West, operating from the Bristol distribution depot on behalf of a key customer.
- Entrusted with secure access to retail premises, including managing alarm systems and store entry/exit procedures, and ensuring accurate placement of goods into refrigeration units in accordance with store requirements.
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates and progress and managing our customer's experience.
- Attending regular training sessions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a UK Class 2 Licence.
- Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Due to the nature of the position, you will be required to undertake a Basic DBS check online.
- Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident, polite, and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated
