We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Drama Teacher to join a vibrant and creative performing arts team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to nurture students’ creativity, confidence, and performance skills across a range of year groups. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Drama Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
Inspire students through practical and theoretical exploration of drama and performance.
Prepare students for internal assessments, public performances, and external qualifications.
Contribute to school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities.
Create a safe, inclusive, and expressive learning environment that supports all learners.
Ideal Drama Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching drama in a school setting.
A genuine passion for theatre, performance, and creative learning.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Drama Teacher.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
