What we’re looking for:
âœ”ï¸ Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken
âœ”ï¸ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
âœ”ï¸ Some classroom experience is ideal, but not essential
âœ”ï¸ A positive, can-do attitude
âœ”ï¸ Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage
âœ”ï¸ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
