About the Role:
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting adults within their own homes across Boston, Bourne, and Spalding in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting with moving and handling in line with care plans
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and promoting independence
• Building professional and trusting relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Business insurance cover for your vehicle (essential)
• Previous experience in a care setting including moving and handling and administering medication
• A caring, patient and reliable nature
• Right to work in the UK
