Crynodeb
The successful applicants will support the delivery of high-quality acute care across the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary. The post is for two new substantive appointments for full time Acute Physicians (10 PAs each, 2 additional PAs to be considered). Responsibilities include: Providing high quality consultant-delivered care to patients Ensuring patient safety, dignity and care are given the highest priority Being proactive in ensuring that patients receive rapid assessment, treatment and clinical decision making Undertaking clinical leadership and supervision, teaching and training of junior medical staff Liaising with clinicians and managers to address any issues arising that may affect the services Contributing to the ongoing development of the acute medicine services at WWL There may be opportunities to pursue an area of specialist interest, eg developing new services or pathways
