Location: Retford Wallcoverings Ltd is based in Gainsborough/ Lincolnshire, DN21 1QB
Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday –Thursday, 7am - 5pm)
Pay: £12.35 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
About the Role:
Retford Wallcoverings Ltd is a small, dedicated manufacturing team specialising in high-quality wallcoverings. We're looking for a reliable and consistent Factory Operative to join us full-time.
Standard working week: Monday to Thursday 7am – 5pm (38 hours)
Overtime sometimes available on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production machinery
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Work flexibly across departments
• Ensure consistent quality
We’re Looking For:
• Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to support multiple departments
• Previous factory experience and/or FLT license a plus (not essential)
