Full-Time Administrator – Haverhill, Suffolk
£12.86 per hour (PAYE)
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm
We have a full-time opportunity available in Haverhill, Suffolk for an Administrator to join a family-run business that has recently moved into brand-new premises.
About the Role:
This is a varied administrative position where you'll be supporting both internal teams and clients. While previous experience is preferred, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and general word processing
Answering inbound calls professionally
Managing existing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Logging new business and assigning to the correct team
Maintaining a client database and making outbound follow-up calls
Communicating effectively via phone and email
Requirements:
Good communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
