Transport Manager / Dispatcher – Nationwide Vehicle Logistics
Location: Brentwood / Leytonstone
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Integrity Claims Management is a growing, fast-paced vehicle logistics business specialising in post-accident vehicle delivery and collection across the UK. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transport Manager / Dispatcher to take control of daily vehicle movements, driver coordination, and service performance.
This is a pivotal role in our operation, ensuring clients receive prompt, professional service while our fleet and drivers operate efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage UK-wide vehicle deliveries and collections post-incident
Schedule daily driver routes, balancing efficiency with client expectations
Maintain real-time oversight of live jobs and adapt to changing conditions (e.g. delays, cancellations)
Liaise with clients to confirm logistics and manage time slots
Track vehicle locations and ensure full compliance with documentation and standards
Brief, support, and oversee a team of professional drivers
Monitor fuel usage, costs, and driver performance metrics
Ensure legal compliance and internal policies are upheld (e.g. licence checks, insurance, conduct)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in transport management or vehicle dispatch
Strong understanding of UK road networks and vehicle logistics
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Tech confident – comfortable with scheduling systems, mapping tools, and driver comms platforms
Able to lead a team and represent the business professionally with clients
Desirable but Not Essential:
CPC qualification
Experience in the automotive, logistics, or accident management sector
Knowledge of vehicle condition reporting or recovery protocols
