-experienced within the delivery of Accountancy or Business Support apprenticeships, bootcamps or qualifications
-experienced in leading a team
-able to lead by example both in actions and personal development

What you’ll be doing…

-leading a team of teachers to deliver high quality education to our learners
-measuring the performance and effectiveness of the curriculum
-monitoring, tracking and ensuring the continued success and achievement rates of our learners
-delivering sessions within your subject of expertise
-supporting, training and mentoring teachers to achieve and maintain our high quality provision and approach
-leading staff through Internal and External Verification processes
