WESTGATE-ON-SEA, KENT.
Live-in-carer needed at a private family residence in Kent.
Family home is located in Westgate-on-Sea CT88QG.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care for individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care skills and the ability to assist with daily living activities. Patient is a 93 year old male, stable and easy to care for.
SCHEDULE & DAILY RATE
2 DAYS A WEEK: MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS
Estimated hours of work: 8 – 9 hrs per day
Daily Rate: £150
PATIENT PROFILE:
Condition: Bed bound, requires hoist. Incontinence
History: mild stroke, does not walk.
Equipment: Hospital bed, sliding sheets, hoist, wheelchair
DAILY ROUTINE:
Provide patient with care tailored to individual needs
• Personal care and feeding
• Assistance: Assistance with occasional bathing and transfers
• Medication Management
• Record keeping of Blood Pressure
• Housekeeping: making bed, changing linen, laundry, maintain bathroom in sanitary condition, vacuum cleaning, and dusting.
• Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
-We are looking for someone experienced with bed bound elders and the necessary equipment.
- Physically fit and or strong body to assist with transfers.
- Ideal candidate is a local person living within 1 hour traveling time from our postcode CT8 8QG
