A brand new opportunity working within a highly established construction-based business who are actively seeking a sales support individual to join their team. Carrying out projects for local global businesses to small family organisations valued up to 5 Million. Working within their modern office, this will see you providing sales support to the Sales team, reporting to the Sales Head of Department.
This position as sales support within furniture sales will see you carrying out duties such as:
- Identifying client requirements and raising quotations through Xero software or via quotation spreadsheet.
- Liaising directly with suppliers regarding availability, costs, and delivery lead times.
- Liaising directly with clients, providing quotations and presenting proposals via phone, teams, and face-to-face (including on client sites).
- Oversee furniture deliveries and installation; liaising with supplies to organise delivery dates, ensuring labour is arranged to assemble on site (via Ops team), and liaising with the supplier to arrange any necessary replacements.
- Managing warranty claims, organising replacements or repairs for faulty furniture under the warranty agreement.
- Supporting the sales teams in administrative tasks.
This position as a sales support individual will have a need for the successful candidate to hold previous sales administration experience, be IT proficient within the use of Microsoft packages, and have a keen eye for detail. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a sales administrator, office administrator, or internal sales support role.
