In addition to the below summary you need to familiarize yourself with full Job Description and Person Specification documents attached to this advert The post holder will be expected:-To provide specialist nursing care by assessing, diagnosing and planning care to meet the needs of Sexual Health Patients.To take responsibility for the care of a caseload of Sexual Health patients requiring specialist Sexual health care.To provide advice, information, education and counselling to patients who attend the department and to those who are diagnosed with a sexually transmitted infection or require contraception.To work within multi-disciplinary teams, providing specialist advice to clients within central, peripheral and outreach clinics.Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required.Adhere to trust policies and participate in future developments within the service.
