Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 team. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and ensuring the well-being of their students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and preparation.
- Support individual students and small groups with their learning activities.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide additional support to students with special educational needs.
- Supervise students during break times and school activities.
- Assist with classroom management and organisation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable).
