As a Workplace Team Member, you’ll be the eyes and ears on the assigned floors and buildings of our client’s site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and proactively addressing any issues.
Job Description
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset who can deliver exceptional customer service tailored to a high-end corporate or hotel environment.
You know exactly what to say (and what not to say) to clients, helping build a polished and professional atmosphere.
You will need to bring a positive, can-do attitude and always be ready to go the extra mile.
You will need to thrive in a team environment, supporting others and contributing to collective success.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome colleagues and guests with friendly, professional service
Respond promptly and politely to enquiries
Complete daily checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance
Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing systems
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen
Follow client security procedures and manage hospitality with external caterers
Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the ISS brand and values
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in customer service with Blue Chip or high-touch clients
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Strong team player with the ability to work well in group settings
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Positive, can-do attitude
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
