We’re on the lookout for a qualified and passionate Nursery Assistant to join a thriving, well-loved nursery in Poole. This is your chance to work in a nurturing environment where your skills matter and your growth is a priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 with fun, creative, and meaningful learning experiences

  
  

• Creating a safe, stimulating space that encourages development

  
  

• Building strong bonds with children and families

  
  

• Bringing the EYFS framework to life through play and planning

  
  

  What You’ll Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) in Childcare / Early Years

    
    

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting

    
    

  • Solid understanding of the EYFS

    
    

  • A kind heart, great communication, and endless patience
