Community Support Worker
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Monday – Friday 5pm-9pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am-6pm, on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
Promote independence and wellbeing through day-to-day activities and community engagement
Assist with care plans and goal setting in collaboration with service users and professionals
Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication with the wider support team
Drive to and from service user homes and appointments across Cardiff and surrounding areas
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
