At Underwoods we are looking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled Painter & Decorator to join our in-house maintenance and construction team.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional who will pay very close attention to every finished detail of their work. A real perfectionist! You must have a proven track record of carrying out large and small painting and decorating duties.
Attention to detail is completely paramount to this role. The successful applicant must take great pride in their work, completing each task to the very highest of standards at all times, in line with the levels of excellence expected by the Underwoods Motoring Group.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a track record of working on their own, using their initiative and with good time management of multiple projects.
Main duties and responsibilities include;
- Ongoing site maintenance and decoration to a very high standard
- New building project decoration to a very high standard
- Internal and external decoration to a very high standard
- Large and small projects required at all Underwoods branches
- Care and storage of materials and tools
Attention to detail essential. Considerable experience within the painting and decorating trade important. Ability to carry out other trade work beneficial.
Applicants must have a full clean driving license as travelling to our sites is essential including; Clacton, Tiptree and Sudbury.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 with occasional Saturdays when required.
