Your Role with Long Term Futures
As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you'll:

- Help deliver a personalised curriculum customised to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets
- Embed strategies for communication, sensory regulation, and behaviour support alongside therapists
- Lead small-group and 1:1 sessions to boost life skills, social confidence, and academic progress
Person Specification
We're looking for candidates who:
- Are experienced in special educational needs (SEN) settings-education, care, or therapeutic
- Understand EHCP frameworks and have confidence managing challenging behaviour
- Are reflective, nurturing, and resilient with a genuine passion for long-term impact
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary, structured environment
