BSL Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Immediate StartWe are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated British Sign Language (BSL) Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a secondary school student in Coventry with communication difficulties. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's educational journey.

- Location: Secondary school in Coventry
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Full-time, term-time only
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with a student who requires specialised communication support to fully access the curriculum and school life. Your role will involve assisting with learning activities, supporting emotional well-being, and facilitating communication in and out of the classroom.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience using British Sign Language (BSL) or relevant communication support techniques
- Previous experience working with young people with communication needs (preferred)
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and student development
