What You’ll Be Working On:
- A varied mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments
- Delivering both planned and urgent primary care
- Providing patient-centred, evidence-based care
- Understanding the patient population to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Working collaboratively with the wider MDT to manage complex and long-term conditions effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- GMC-registered GP on the GP Specialty Register
- On the NHS Performers List
- Background in either primary or urgent care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care
What You’ll Get in Return:
- £100,000 per year FTE
- 15-minute appointments – max. 27 per day
- 7.6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
- NHS Pension with 20.6% employer contribution
- Extra day of leave every year on your work anniversary
- Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay
- Indemnity cover for hours worked
- 10% of weekly hours protected for CPD
- 5 days study leave annually (pro rata)
