The Role – Graduate English Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the educational experience of students through:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of creative and engaging English lessons.
• Supporting GCSE students with coursework, revision, and exam preparation.
• Encouraging active participation in class discussions and promoting critical thinking.

• Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to support individual learning needs.

Who We’re Looking For – Graduate English Teaching Assistant
To be successful in this Graduate English Teaching Assistant position, you should have:
• A 2:1 degree or above in English, English Literature, or a related discipline.
• A strong academic record, particularly in English at GCSE and A-Level.
• A genuine passion for English and education.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive, flexible, and professional attitude.
