Responsibilities
Supervise contact sessions between children and their parents or guardians
Ensure the safety and well-being of children during contact
Document observations and interactions during contact sessions
Assist in developing and implementing contact plans based on individual family needs
Provide support and guidance to parents during visits
Communicate with social workers and other professionals involved in the case
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children and families in a social care setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviors and conflict resolution
Knowledge of child safeguarding principles and practices
Excellent observational and recording skills
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 07:00
End Time: 19:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.70
