I am supporting a client in their search for a Service Coordinator for their site in Somerset.
The duties of the role include:
Coordinating jobs for engineers
Liaising with Aftersales
Speaking with site managers to book engineer visits
Processing supplier orders
Preparing invoices when jobs are complete
Producing quotations
Ensuring all paperwork is completed for month end
The ideal candidate will be:
Experience in MS Office
An excellent communicator with great customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working on their own initiative
Highly organised and meticulous
