Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• Qualified Teacher Status- QTS
• Relevant Degree in teaching would be desirable
• Evidence of sustained participation in INSET/CPD
• Experience of teaching in an EYFS class
• Demonstrable evidence of high standards of class teaching
• Experience of managing teaching resources
• Awareness of current developments in Education and the implications of these
• Understanding of effective assessment and target setting procedures
• Play an important part in the wider safeguarding of children - identifying concerns, sharing information and taking prompt action to safeguard and protect them
