The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for an experienced clerical assistant to join one of our established clients on a temp to perm basis!
Working in a small, friendly distribution hub, your job as a clerical assistant will involve day to day task such as: Data entry into the companies systems Liaising with internal and external departments Completion of tasks and co ordination relating to front line operations which can include ramp, sort, trace and dispatch activities The shifts will be Monday - Friday 11:30 - 20:00 with a 30 minute lunch break (8 hours per day)
The ideal candidate will have: Previous office / clerical experience Excellent attention to detail and customer service Good problem solver & organisational skills
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Canteen
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
