Job Opportunity: Sales Operative - Family-Run Company
Salary: £15 - £18 per hour
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm (8am-2pm Saturday).

We are recruiting for a family-run business, dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to their customers. We are looking for a Sales Operative to join their team and play a key role in driving growth and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Frontline Sales: Engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Prospecting: Identify and approach potential new customers to grow the business. Upselling: Promote and recommend additional products or services to maximise sales opportunities. Admin Management: Handle sales and purchase documentation accurately and efficiently Website Updates: Keep the company website up to date with current stock, promotions, and events. Event Attendance: Represent the company at pre-scheduled events on occasional weekends. Key Skills: Sales Expertise: Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in the motor industry or a similar sector. Computer Skills: Competence in using sales software, CRM systems, and website platforms. Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to different tasks with minimal supervision Pressure Handling: Work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility: Willingness to attend occasional weekend events.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
